RETURN POLICY

I do not offer refunds for change of mind.
However, if you have a product that is faulty I can offer you a free repair (if appropriate) exchange or refund, if the fault is deemed a manufacturing issue. Refunds, repairs or exchanges will not be given for wear and tear of products. This will be assessed on each individual situation and I Sarah will determine what action is appropriate.

This all being in accordance to the current ACCC ( Australian competition, consumer commission.

SHIPPING, POSTAGE AND LOCAL COLLECTION

Postage options currently available are standard tracked parcel postage with Australia Post.

Flat rate postage of $9 for all orders

Additional charges apply for parcel protection, if requested.

Currently i'm only offering shipping in Australia. Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions I will not be offering overseas shipping.

Local Collection and Delivery can be made by prior arrangement.
